Waiting to go green!


We miss your face. We miss our conversations. We miss the laughing. A lot has changed and we can't wait to catch up on life, the good and the bad of it. So as we begin to prepare to reopen, I feel the need to set everyone's mind at ease. I take our client's, as well as our staff's, health very seriously. That is why Icon is implementing some new procedures to our sanitation practices. We have ALWAYS followed the PA State Board's policy for sanitation of our tools and workspace. But we will now adhere to the following recommended procedures:

  • We are limiting the amount of people who are in the salon at the same time. With that said, we kindly ask you refrain from bringing anyone else to your appointment.

  • Our guests and staff will wear masks. No exceptions

  • Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 5 minutes early please remain in your car.

  • If you are late you will be required to reschedule.

  • Clients are required to immediately wash or sanitize their hands upon entry.

  • We will not be offering beverages to limit cross contamination. You may BYOB!

  • We will no longer offer magazines. You may bring your own, but ours will be removed.

  • If you are feeling ill, please reschedule. We will not provide services if you are exhibiting symptoms.

  • Our stylists will be sanitizing their stations and all hard surfaces with medical grade sanitizer after each and every client.

  • We will be staging the salon to ensure a 6 foot space between clients.

Failure to comply with our policies may result in your appointment being cancelled.

These policies may change in accordance to the CDC's guidelines.

This is a difficult time for us all, so please be patient. Once we have a definitive day to reopen, we will be contacting every client who had an appointment set up during the quarantine to reschedule. We also ask that if you did not have a previous appointment and would like to schedule, please contact us to be added to our scheduling list. Because we have to limit the number of people in the salon and book extra time for cleaning we can not take walk-ins nor can we just 'squeeze' you in.
